Sally Campbell
Co-Founder CEO, Somesuch

Sally Campbell began her career in advertising on the agency side, quickly moving up the ranks at WCRS and then BBH. Yet she soon realised that her talents were far better suited to production and sought out a role at Tomboy to hone her skills, before heading to Academy Films for a ten year stint, first as a producer then as joint MD. During this time Campbell worked closely with outstanding directors to produce arresting, plaudit-winning spots for the likes of Orange, Barclays, Levi’s and Kit Kat. The partnership of Campbell and Gordon also resulted in the groundbreaking BBC Radio 1xtra’s ‘Street Music’ advert that won at every award. In 2010, Campbell founded Somesuch with Tim Nash and Nick Gordon. The company is today celebrated as a bastion of independent-minded creative and commercial filmmaking. Somesuch have signed and developed a diverse roster of exceptional talent including: Daniel Wolfe, Kim Gehrig and Aoife McArdle. Campbell has been instrumental in shaping McArdle’s career leading to the creation of innovative, award-winning spots such as Honda ‘Ignition’ and her recent headline-grabbing work for Under Armour, Audi, Toyota and Absolut. In 2017 Sally produced Aoife McArdle’s debut feature. ‘Kissing Candice’, which screened at the Toronto International Film Festival and the Berlin International Film Festival and celebrated a standout cast of fresh new talent. Somesuch boasts more female directors on their roster than anyone else, 85% female departmental management under Sally…and 64% female workforce. Carly de Castro
Owner/Co-Founder, Pressed Juicery

Carly de Castro is a seasoned health and wellness advocate who started Pressed Juicery with one mission in mind: to make high-quality, nutrient-dense products widely accessible. Carly began her career in film publicity at 42West in New York and quickly recognized the physical toll her lifestyle was taking on her health. As a result, she began researching nutrition more seriously and incorporating a variety of lifestyle changes. This growing interest drove her to enroll at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, the world’s largest nutrition school.

Armed with her new outlook on health, Carly moved back to Los Angeles and decided to turn her passion into a full-time career. She reconnected with childhood friends Hayden Slater and Hedi Gores, who both had similar revelations, and the trio founded Pressed Juicery in 2010. Since launch, the company has expanded to over 65 retail locations in California, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, Washington, Boston and New York, with several more in the pipeline. In 2014, Carly and her co-founders published their first book, JUICE, which includes recipes and stories about juicing to inspire others to learn more about wellness. Carly has been featured in numerous media outlets including The Today Show, SELF, Vanity Fair and more.

Carly received a B.A. in sociology from Kenyon College. She currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband and three children.
Rasheea Hall
Vice President, Broadcast Standards and Practices, Fox Broadcasting Company

Rasheea Williams Hall currently serves as Vice President, Broadcast Standards and Practices (BS&P) for Fox Broadcasting Company, a position she has held since November 2015. Mrs. Hall helps protect the network against potential FCC infringements and fines by ensuring all entertainment programming is appropriate for primetime broadcast distribution, while maintaining the network’s unique brand. Mrs. Hall oversees the BS&P process for scripted programming, and serves as the primary Standards executive on marquis shows, such as “So You Think You Can Dance” and Lee Daniels “Empire” and “Star”. Mrs. Hall joined Fox in February 2006 as a manager in the department. Prior to Fox, she worked for MTV Networks in Standards and also spent tow years as an Associate Producer for “NOW with Bill Moyers,” on PBS. Read Full Bio

Bruce Horwitz is the owner of Lime Studios, an audio post production company located in Santa Monica and the highly acclaimed restaurant, The Tasting Kitchen in Venice.
Matthew Katz
CEO, Verifi, Inc.

Matthew Katz is the founder of Verifi, Inc. and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. Matthew founded the company in 2005 after developing the first customized solution that systematically identifies multiple types of payment risk. He is also CEO of CAMS, LLC, a privately held company he independently financed and founded in 2012. Matthew has a track record as a successful entrepreneur and has founded and partnered in several other businesses and consulting firms prior to Verifi, including his first successful business in college, which introduced a new interactive online gambling methodology. His previous experience includes his tenure as CEO at BK Global, the first company to develop a US legal Internet casino for a US land-based casino owner. In his role, Katz developed the casino strategy and created high-level strategic partnerships. His responsibilities also included operations, accounting, providing disclosure to state gaming boards, managing marketing campaigns, and establishing relationships with vendors. Read Full Bio
Jason Monkarsh
CEO, Organic Mixology

Jason Monkarsh has over 15 years of consumer marketing and brand building expertise. He is extremely adept at building innovative consumer brands, specifically in the beverage, wine & spirits space and has a proven track record of developing and executing out of the box marketing & sales strategies. He currently runs day-to-day operations for OM spirits' line of organic, socially conscious liqueurs, Organic Mixology ( The company plants 1 tree in Africa for every bottle sold and also utilizes eco-friendly packaging components for its products. Jason won Nightclub and Bar media's 2014 Entrepreneur of the Year award for his work developing Organic Mixology. In addition to running his own wine and spirits company, Jason consults on branding, formulation, and go-to-market strategy for a select number of non-competing brands. Mr. Monkarsh is also an active real estate investor with commercial assets in Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona. He is passionate about animal rights, environmental issues and is currently a member of the Nexus Global Youth Summit, Milken Young Leaders Circle, and is involved with the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles. He is a former founding member of Project Play, a Los Angeles based organization providing in kind gifts and unique experiences to inner-city children in the areas of music, sports and the arts.
Tim Shey
formerly Head of Scripted Original Programming, YouTube/Google

Timothy Shey is a producer, designer, startup founder and former Google executive best known for his work developing YouTube's original programming, YouTube Spaces, and creator development programs. Most recently, Tim was head of scripted for YouTube Originals, and one of the founding executives behind the go-to-market strategy and creative direction for the YouTube Red subscription offering. Scripted programming developed and launched by Tim and the team included YouTube’s first hour-long dramas, Step Up: High Water (Lionsgate) and Impulse (Doug Liman/UCP), comedies Foursome (Awesomeness TV), Single by 30 (Wong Fu/New Form), Good Game (Dan Harmon - Community, Rick and Morty) and Me and My Grandma, horror anthology 12 Deadly Days (Blumhouse), and action series Lifeline (from Corridor Digital, Studio 71 and Dwayne Johnson), as well as YouTube's first feature-length films including Lazer Team (Rooster Teeth) and The Thinning (Legendary). Ari Swiller
Co-Founder/Partner/Project Development, Renewable Resources Group, Inc.

Ari Swiller is co-founder and Co-Managing Partner of the Renewable Resources Group (RRG). RRG specializes in the acquisition and sustainable management of agricultural and water assets and businesses as well as the development of utility scale renewable energy projects. The firm’s portfolio includes over 100,000 acres of farmland in the United States, Chile and Australia. RRG currently owns and operates Sun World International (table grapes), Woodspur Farming (dates – whole and ingredients), Imperial Farms (citrus and row crops), Alphabet Farms (row crops) and Aroona Farms Australia (almonds). In 2012, RRG in partnership with SunPower (NASDAQ: SPWR), sold the fully permitted site for the world’s largest photovoltaic development (600+ MW) to Berkshire Renewable Energy. RRG also owns and manages thousands of water rights and complimentary water storage. From 1997-2003, prior to founding RRG, Ari was a Principal at The Yucaipa Companies. In addition to portfolio company boards, Ari serves on the board of Falcon Waterfree Technologies. He is a founding board member of the Miguel Contreras Educational Foundation. Mr. Swiller earned a B.A. from Cornell University.
Erwin More
Partner of More/Medavoy Management
Erwin More is a founding partner of the premiere entertainment company More/Medavoy Management. A company he founded in 1989 and ran for fourteen years. At More/Medavoy, he managed actors and writers careers and Executive Produced several successful television series including Dharma and Greg and Just Shoot Me. He Executive Produced the critically acclaimed reality series, American High which was broadcast on PBS and for which he received an Emmy Award. More took a twelve year break from the company to co-run the talent departments at Paradigm Talent Agency for five years and The William Morris Agency for seven years. He has returned to re-launch More/Medavoy with his partner, Brian Medavoy. More had an early start in the entertainment business, while attending U.C.L.A. he commenced working for Bud Yorkin and Norman Lear's very successful production company, Tandem Productions, and T.A.T. Communications, the companies produced such television programs as All In The Family, The Jeffersons, and Maude, to name a few. More graduated from C.S.U.N. with a degree in Radio and Television and resides in Los Angeles. Erwin served on The Willows Board of Trustees for many years and currently serves as co-chair of The Willows Board of Governors. His two children, Evan and Leah are proud Willows Alumni.
