Our Tuition Assistance Program is designed to support families in making an education at The Willows Community School more affordable, based on demonstrated financial need and the resources available.

We partner with Clarity Tuition to streamline the application process. Clarity offers a user-friendly experience and helps us gain a comprehensive understanding of each family’s financial picture—including income, assets, expenses, and liabilities. As part of the application, families may also upload supporting documents and provide additional context to help the committee better understand any special circumstances.

All completed applications are carefully reviewed by our Tuition Assistance Committee. We take into account each family’s unique situation with the goal of distributing aid in a fair and consistent manner across our school community.

Request Tuition Assistance Via the Online Admission Application

Step 1: Request tuition assistance via the online admission application
On The Willows online admission application, indicate that you are applying for tuition assistance. You may begin your online tuition assistance application starting October 1st by following steps 2 through 4.

Complete the Online Parent's Financial Statement (PFS)

The Willows uses Clarity to process the computation and verification of forms in our tuition assistance process. Based on the information you provide, Clarity calculates an estimated amount that your family can contribute to educational expenses.

Upload Your Tax Information

  • The application deadline is January 5, 2026 for returning families and January 26, 2026 for new families.

NOTE: Your 2024 W2 and 1040 will be automatically transferred to Clarity. However, please remember to return to your dashboard after you complete and submit the application, as there may be a need for you to upload additional relevant documents.

Write a Letter About Your Family's Circumstances (Optional)

The Willows welcomes letters regarding particular family circumstances that you may wish to explain. These should be emailed directly to tuitionassistance@thewillows.org.
