COVID-19 Pandemic Admissions Process

Lower School Process

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our campus is closed with Distance Learning in operation, but the Admissions Office is open remotely!

We look forward to meeting you and your family and would like to reach out to you personally to answer any questions you may have at this time. Please complete our online inquiry form, and we will arrange a meeting with a member of our Admissions Department.

1. Tours

Tours will be by appointment only after the online application form is completed. Once an application has been submitted, the Admissions Office will contact you to schedule your personal visit.

Should the current situation change, we will be hosting more on-campus events for our prospective families.

2. Complete an Online Application

Due to the current situation, we have reduced our application fee from $150 to $100. We are requesting that families complete the application before a tour is scheduled.  Once an application has been submitted, the admissions will contact you to schedule your visit. Our online application will be available on July 15, 2020. The application deadline for the 2021-2022 school year for DK-5th is December 18, 2020.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have. We are here to help you through the admissions process!

Admissions Coordinator

3. Schedule an Interview

After submitting an application, prospective parents meet with Kim Feldman, the Director of Enrollment Management, or another senior member of the faculty or administration. This is an opportunity for parents to discuss their children, share information, and ask questions they may have about the school. Please do not bring your child to this appointment. The Admissions Office will contact you to schedule a virtual interview.

4. Student Visits

Information regardng student visits and assessments is to be determined and will be posted when finalized.

5. Other Requirements

In addition to the application, we require the following materials:
  • For Developmental Kindergarten and Kindergarten: Preschool Evaluation Form filled out by the preschool. This form is sent directly from The Willows to the preschool.
