Community to Community

It is not by accident that the word "community" is included in the name of our school. We are a vigorous, committed community of students, faculty, staff, parents, grandparents and alumni. We encourage our students to develop a sense of empathy and understanding for each other. By nurturing our children's individuality we instill in them a responsibility to the community of our school and the community beyond. We pride ourselves on our active community service programs. Every grade level has its own individual projects relating to the curriculum as well as school wide community outreach programs. Within the school community, older students interact with younger students as science and reading buddies and as guides and mentors.
