Financial Assistance Forms Due Dates

Please Note Due Dates for Submitting Information
December 1 Request Financial Assistance application packet from The Willows
or go directly to sss.ets.org and fill out the PFS form. Use school code 8210.
January 30 Deadline to fill out the PFS form on-line at sss.ets.org or mail the original PFS form,
along with their fee directly to SSS in Princeton, New Jersey.
(Remember to keep a copy for the school regardless of which way you access the form.)

January 30

All current and returning Willows families: Entire Financial Assistance application packet is due.

  1. A copy of the PFS form previously sent to SSS.
  2. Copies of all W-2 forms and/or 1099 for tax year 2008.
  3. IRS Form 4506 needs to be signed only, do not date, and send directly to The Willows.

February 13 All prospective families: Mail to The Willows Business Office:

April 16 Mail completed tax returns to The Willows

Without exception, completed 2008 tax returns are to be received by The Willows Business Office no later than April 16, 2009. To ensure fair consideration of all applicants, all deadlines must be observed and the appropriate forms must be on file at The Willows.
